Registration & College Reporting Checklist

PTET Result आने के बाद सबसे crucial stage होती है Counseling Registration और College Reporting। बहुत बार अच्छे marks होने के बावजूद केवल इसलिए किसी candidate का admission cancel हो जाता है क्योंकि उसके पास time पर required documents नहीं होते।

खासकर EWS और OBC/MBC categories में caste certificate expiry date issue करता है। इस guide में हम आपको admission cancellation से बचाने के लिए पहले से ही पूरी checklist दे रहे हैं।

1. Documents for Online Counseling Registration (Stage 1)

जब आपको online counseling fees (₹5000) जमा करनी होती है, तब primarily portal पर ये चीज़ें verify करनी होती हैं:

Bank Account Details: Bank passbook की front page की copy (आपके नाम से खाता होना चाहिए ताकि scholarship/refund में issue न आये)।
PTET Application Form: Form का printout।
PTET Result/Score Card: Result की copy।
Aadhar Card copy: Basic identification के लिए।

2. Documents for College Reporting (Stage 2)

असली document verification Phase 2 में होता है जब आपको college में physically report करना होता है।

Educational Qualifications (Original + Xerox Sets)

Class 10th Marksheet and Certificate (DOB verification)
Class 12th Marksheet and Certificate
Graduation (UG) Marksheets (First, Second, and Final Year for 2-Year B.Ed candidates)
Post Graduation (PG) Marksheets (If applicable)

Category & Domicile Certificates

Caste Certificate (Jati Praman Patra): OBC / MBC EWS / SC / ST students के लिए (OBC/MBC 1 साल से पुराना न हो)।
Domicile Certificate (Mool Niwas): Rajasthan residence proof के लिए।
Special Quota: PH/Divyang, Ex-Serviceman, Widow/Divorcee certificates as applicable.

PTET Allotment Letter
Fee Payment Receipts: ₹5000 and ₹22000 payment challans.
4-6 Passport Size Recent Photographs.
