2.1 Tool Input Data

When you use our prediction tools, you enter information such as: PTET marks, academic percentage, category (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS), gender, home district, and stream. This information is used solely to generate your requested prediction and is not stored permanently on our servers.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical data when you visit: IP address (anonymized), browser type and version, referring page URL, and pages visited. This data is used for analytics (page performance, error monitoring) and security purposes only.

2.3 Contact Form Data

If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This is stored securely to allow us to respond to your inquiry and is deleted within 90 days after resolution.

3. Google Gemini API Usage

MYPTET uses the Google Gemini API to power our AI analysis features. When you request an AI prediction, your tool input data (marks, category, district, etc.) is formatted into a prompt and sent to Google's Gemini API through our secure backend server. Your raw personal data is never directly sent to Google's API. We structure and send only necessary anonymized input fields.

Google's data usage for Gemini API is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can review Google's terms at policies.google.com.

4. Cookies

We use minimal, strictly necessary cookies to ensure the website functions properly. We also use analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our platform. MYPTET is intended for users aged 17 and above (minimum PTET eligibility age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us for immediate deletion.
